Pulling Equal Weight

© Elin Berge

Sweden has tried to make men and women equal through politics that focus on gender equality. Now the current system allocates 480 days of paid parental leave per child, with three months assigned to each parent. Elin Berge has photographed parents on the leave in Stockholm.
