Vietnam Wedding Photo Farms

Elaborate wedding photography is highly fashionable in Vietnam and an important part of wedding preparations. For Vietnamese weddings, the photos are all taken before the wedding day with images displayed at the reception. Couples go to great lengths creating a fairytale set of images and businesses have responded by providing props and sets.



This series goes behind the scenes at a photo venue, a wedding photo farm outside Hanoi. This series of fields and barns are filled with polystyrene castles, posing sets and plastic trees. Couples queue for their turn at each ’set’ while groups of teenagers seek the perfect spot for a selfie.
